Tofu side dish - Use ORGANIC SOFT TOFU
This is really quick and easy. A simple Japanese dish, Hiyayakko.
Warm tofu. Add grated ginger on top. Drizzle with soy sauce. Finally top it with a tinge of wasabi. Serve.
Alternatives:
You can eat it cold too. Suggested warm because it's winter now (my fingers are freezing cold as I type).
If you don't have ginger, that is fine too. Soy sauce alone suffices.
Yes, wasabi is optional, though I think it gives the dish some kick.
For a slightly Chinese taste, add sesame oil.
Or, instead of a savoury dish, use maple syrup for a sweet dessert. Or any syrup toppings you like.
