People simply loved the hiyayakko dish and many came back for seconds. Toppings include the rare-to-find myoga, as well as shiso! The special flavoured soymilk were also well-received. Most popular of all are the tofu dishes (fried tofu, tofu with sweet chilli sauce, marinated tofu etc) which filled the stomachs of those who bought (walking around through the whole event sure is tiring... and makes you hungry!).
