Do you know?
Do you know that most soymilk you get from the supermarkets are not purely soymilk?
Most soymilk tetrapaks from the supermarkets contain other ingredients such as vegetable oil and salt, and some brands use soy protein instead of soybeans. Vege Tofu's Organic Soymilk is freshly made in Auckland, and solely contain organic soybeans and water (unless you get the sweetened one which contains sugar).
Do you also know that organic soybeans are not publicly available in New Zealand? There are organic mung beans, azuki beans, black beans et cetera but no organic soybeans due to MPI regulations. That is why NZ tofu makers have to import the soybeans from overseas.
